Ai Ramen & Izakaya

The food ( we ordered reman noodles soup, fried tofu, fried chicken) was delicious! And the staffs are very friendly, service was great too! I got to talk to the owner Brian, he is super nice and loves his business is able to provide tasty food to the locals! We will definitely come back! I want to try their sushi next door too!

I ordered extra spicy ramen. It comes with lots chili flakes & hot. I like chewy noodle taste & especially crispy skin takoraki

I love eating here whenever I'm in Corvallis. The ramen is freshly prepared to order, and there's a nice selection of small plate items and skewers for a well rounded dining experience. My favorite so far is the Spicy Miso ramen-they get the heat just right! Brush up on your chop stick skills, although I'm sure they have forks available on request 😉
